Gigabyte's TPM 2.0 SPI 2.0 module is compatible with Gigabyte motherboards featuring a TPM connector, including the Intel 400, 500, 600, 700 and Z390 M GAMING series, as well as some AMD models. However, the GA-Z97X-Gaming 3 motherboard is not on the official list of boards compatible with this TPM module. What's more, this motherboard does not appear to have a native TPM connector, making installation of this module uncertain or even impossible without a specific adapter.
In short, this TPM module is probably not compatible with your ZA97 X Gaming 3 motherboard, as it does not have a standard TPM header supported by this module.
