Question about Delock USB-C Card Reader

Hello, is this an OTG reader device? I mean, can I use it with any smartphone? I have had bad experiences with some others "OTG" devices which, in the end, don't work with smartphones, like the Digitus Dual Card Reader Hub (which, in adition, shows a quite low data transfer speed when connected to a laptop...).

As far I can see from https://www.delock.com/produkt..., there is no information about OTG-support. As similar Delock products are specified as OTG-compatible https://www.delock.com/produkte..., I suppose that this one is not.
