Hello. Is this a reconditioned watch? If so, is it in excellent condition and what is the battery level? Is it possible to activate the Apple card+ guarantee? Is it possible to receive and make calls, as the description does not mention GPS CELLULAR? If I'm not satisfied with my purchase, can I get a refunded? Thank you
