Correct. The E-ATX board is too big. It is a server board which is 330x305 atx is 305x244. So it is longer and wider. But the housing is great for ATX, M-ATX.

I don't see any problem getting the e-ATX board in.
You may have to look at the front fans to see if they still fit.
