Good day, the plugs fit the normal Type 4 connectors of Corsair power supplies. The plug will fit. Depending on the configuration of the rest of the computer, however, you would have to make sure that 860 watts are sufficient. I have installed a Corsair HX1200 for my setup (Ryzen 9 7950X3D with AIO water cooling and RTX4090).
I also have my MSI Suprim X in operation with the cable on an HX1000i. The 860Watt power supply will be enough, but without reserves in the high load range.
I use this cable with my Corsair RM850X PSU for my 4090 with performance bios mode on my GPU, so this should be fine. 4090 is much more efficient than a 3090 and doesn't have power spike problems like last gen, however your CPU also affects this, if you have a power hungry i9, then your power supply might struggle.
