Question about Playseat Sensation PRO - Black ActiFit

Hello,
We think that the TV stand is included. The supplier information sheet states "A separate TV Stand included".
As far as the materials are concerned, the velvet is not mentioned, it seems to be microfibre (without further details, alas).
