I would like to install a watercooling system (H170i ELITE CAPELLIX XT from Corsair) on the top of the case. However, I noticed in the reviews and on the internet that this would prevent the installation of a 140 mm rear fan. Is it still possible to install a 120 mm fan on the rear of this case with this configuration?

Yes, there is enough space. I have the Lianli AIO in the top and a 120 in the back. 140 would also be close, but just a little lower.
