Yes, it is that simple.
If it is not working, you must contact ASUS and or Digitec, because I do not know what you are plugging into !
PCE-AX3000 works on PCI Express 1.0 and latest PCIE slots.

Simply plug the card into the PCI Express 1.0 and that's it.
