Hello, I recently bought this watch to track my sleep. The problem is that let's say I go to bed at 10.30pm and fall asleep at 11pm. The watch will indicate that I was asleep at 10.35pm.
How can I fix the problem?

As far as we know, no connected watch can detect the time you fall asleep with perfect accuracy, but the device should improve over time (sleep monitoring works by analysing movement and heart rate). Our advice would be to make sure you wear the watch every night so that the algorithm can gradually adapt to your habits.
