Question about digitec connect Mobile subscription with 12-month data flat rate

Hello, I ordered the subscription on 13.05. and haven't received it yet, I can't get through by phone, no real answer by email, at the time it said delivery in 2-4 days. This is just a code and can be sent by email, what's going on? My trial subscription expires at the end of May and I wanted to start the new one straight away so that I don't get charged Fr. 25.00. Otherwise I will cancel it and go somewhere else.
