Hello, I ordered a robot which should be delivered between today and 22 May but I have no information as to whether the product has been dispatched or not. Are these dates still realistic?

I'm not sure how I can help, as I can't see the stock as a customer. We ordered the device on 13 April, received the shipping notification on 17 April and the part was delivered on 24 April (delivery was scheduled for the 22nd, but we weren't at home then. Worked out perfectly for us.
