Hello with your charger it is the same problem as with the replacement acu. at the moment not available your charger is also not available in Germany
I have waited 9 months for my replacement Acu very annoying and embarrassing for Dyson the vacuum cleaner is great ! But spare parts for this model
Ugh unbelievable!!!!  With Dyson it's always delivery problems, delivery problems
the only thing I can recommend to you is to ask Dyson if another charger would also work or search the net for copies that are compatible or just wait patiently. sorry I can't say more Love E
