Hello, I installed the bracket yesterday and everything went smoothly, but when aligning the monitors I noticed that the left monitor hangs 1cm higher than the other two. the monitors are all in lead just like the bracket itself. I did everything according to the instructions and the arms look identical. P.S. the monitors are also identical 3 times the Dell P2419H with 24 inch. i am happy about every solution.

Ask the manufacturer.
Very nice contact and helpful.
In my case it was the middle monitor holder that was faulty.
A replacement part was delivered free of charge.
