Hello, I have the Velux Kig 300, have downloaded the app, logged in etc. and get to the scan mode, the product search is started. From then on nothing happens, why is the product not displayed and why can't I get any further. WLAN is available

You must first make the products visible by pressing the reset button on the products for 10 seconds. Or you already have a controller such as the VELUX INTEGRA CONTROL PAD KLR 200 and can initialise a copy process from the controller. The setup varies depending on the initial situation. Good luck.
