The CPU is not officially supported by Microsoft https://learn.microsoft.com/de-de/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors

Microsoft has drawn a hard line there. You just have to stick with Windows 10, which is still supported until at least the end of 2025.
