Hello, I have had a hp 470g5 for 1 year. Since the last Windows update in December 18, the computer continuously breaks down and only shows blue screen and restarts the notebook. This happens every 5 to 10 minutes. I have reinstalled everything 5 times now. Without success. Does anyone here know what to do? I don't know any more..... HELP

Could be a keyboard driver problem from HP. Happened to us with a tower. We changed the keyboard, which could be difficult with a laptop.

Is your computer equipped with exactly the same configuration (hard disk or ssd and RAM) as the one shown above for 1281.- ?

Do you see the more detailed description of the bluescreen?

Do you feel that the computer gets very hot when you touch it?

Are the air vents blocked?
use the hoover carefully and slowly to unclog the air vents

If you have a hard disk, you can check it with this:

ram, you can check this here:
