Hello, I have bought a Swisscom Prepay SIM.
When locating it, it suddenly says: No network available.
What does that mean? Does it have to do with the credit?
How do I load or check the prepaid card? Swisscom sends a code for this. But it does not arrive on the watch. Does anyone know the problem?

Hi in my experience with such watches you should first put the SIM card in a Natel and enter the SIM code and turn off the code and then put the SIM in the watch.  Hope this helps.  Ours works very well and we are very happy.
