Hello, I have been using the Samsung Book Cover for some time now. When I tried to use the keyboard this morning, it stopped working. When I connect it, the trackpad and the keyboard work for about 1 second and then no reaction. The physical keyboard is recognised and I can also make the settings for it. My tablet is up to date and I have already cleared the cache of the tablet. Unfortunately, it didn't help. Is this due to the tablet's OS or is the keyboard defective? Can anyone help me?
