Question about Logitech Z200

Hello, this is a difficult question to answer.
However, in my opinion, the Z200 speakers are hardly suitable for a surround because they cannot be controlled separately. The main speaker is connected to the PC with a 3.5 jack and the second speaker is permanently connected to the first one with a cable. You then have a headphone and microphone output on the main speaker and that's it.
To set up a wired surround system (on the PC), you need a sound card with the appropriate outputs and speakers that can be controlled individually (each speaker is connected separately to the PC).
If you do not have such a sound card, you should consider a Bluetooth system (where the signal is processed directly by the end devices). Greetings David
