Question about G.Skill Trident Z RGB

Hello, I have a problem with the LEDs, sometimes only 3/4 sticks light up. When I start the PC, everything works fine and they all light up, but when it starts, sometimes one of the 4 sticks does not light up or only partially lights up, and it always varies which one. Can anyone help me? With kind regards Athi

What kind of mainboard do you have? I also have this error from time to time. It is due to the software or the bios.
