Hello, I don't quite understand. On the Internet, I saw a video that said that HydroSteam is environmentally friendly, because there's no need to use chemicals. But now I see that in the messages and associated products, there are chemicals that are sold with the appliance. So is it a steam-only appliance or not? Thank you for your information!

The use of chemicals is an option. Plus you can set the appliance to steam-only (no need for chemicals), wash mode or a mix of both (chemicals will help with cleaning in this case).
