hello . i bought this amplifier and i am very satisfied. question : are the floorstanding speakers ultima 40 from teufel compatible with this amplifier or is it too weak for it ? thanks in advance for the information greetings andy

Opinions are divided on this question. My opinion: If you don't listen louder than upscale room volume, you can care less about the wattage rating of normal speakers and amplifiers. If the amplifier is too weak and has to go beyond its power limit to apply the minimum power for that speaker, you will hear digital distortion even at moderately loud levels, which is especially noticeable in high tones.
