Hello. I bought the voucher a couple weeks ago before buying the sim. I now just got the sim, and activated it. However, the voucher email have not yet arrived. When will the email be sent?
I had to call the digitec support to enquire about the email. They forwarded my request to the relevant department. It took around a week to get the email so maybe for you, it will arrive within the next few days. Else, you could call the support.
