Hello, I bought the Vmax R93 Carver Bee Performance in November 2021 but I no longer have a receipt. Unfortunately the battery is very weak. Can I claim this under warranty ?

The battery IS very weak and runs down very quickly. I don't think you can claim under the warranty. I already have the second Carvee Bee, the first one was a warranty case because of defective tyres. I am heavy, 110kg with a backpack, which limits the performance extremely. But I don't get further than 5-7 km with one battery. There are certainly better products, but they are also more expensive.
