I bought the Tolino Shine and it won't connect to the laptop with Windows 7. It charges via the USB cable but it does not appear on the screen with the USB devices. The cable works with the old Tolino.

I bought the Tolino Shine and it won't connect to the laptop with Windows 7. It charges via the USB cable but it does not appear on the screen with the USB devices. The cable works with the old Tolino.

First carry out the update. Afterwards, the Tolino should be recognised by Windows.

Answer

Check Disk Management in the Control Panel, it should be listed there as an external drive. The Windows file manager can be a bitch sometimes.... :-)
