Question about Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio 2
Hello, I bought the Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio 2 (14.40", Intel Core i7-13700H, 64 GB, 1000 GB, CH) from you 3 months ago. Everything has been stable so far. Now I have read on your website that there are probably problems with the Intel Core processor of the 13th generation. Question; does this also apply to my laptop? If so, how will digitec react? Will the buyers get a message from you that they have to download a patch or what is planned? Thanks in advance and best regards

Martin briefly mentioned the current procedure in his text: "Anyone currently experiencing instability problems should contact Intel customer support. Even if a CPU replacement has already been rejected once."
