Hello, I bought an HD+ card for 12 months some time ago. However, I only inserted it today. The card is recognised, but the picture remains black. It is supposed to activate itself, but it doesn't seem to work. A renewed activation at HD+ on the homepage fails due to the missing pin number, which is nowhere to be found. Neither on the original package nor on the invoice. Does anyone have any experience with this? Supposedly the HD+ channels are only marketed in Germany, which makes me suspect bad things. Thanks for the quick answer, but unfortunately it is not this pin. It should have 16 digits. I'll probably have to call HD+. Thank you again.
The HD+ pin can be calculated from the card number. The 12-digit number, e.g. 1234 5678 9000, must be read as blocks of 4, added and the first 1 must be omitted from the result (1234 + 5678 + 9000 = 15912 = PIN 5912).
