Hello, I assume that the charging base must be able to be connected to WiFi. But does the area to be mowed have to be completely covered by Wi-Fi? If so, what level of connection is required?

That's how it is for me. The charging station and about 50% of the lawn are within Wi-Fi range. If the A1 is out of Wi-Fi range, I can't see/control it in the app, but it does its job. That works for me.
It does software updates in the station anyway. So WLAN should be available there.
