Hello I am still looking for people who ordered a Xiaomi Watch s2 pro here at galaxus at the offer price and then had their purchase cancelled. Despite having paid for the order. Which is a legally valid contract and that may not be cancelled just like that.

Unfortunately, we were not able to serve all orders. The supplier informed us that he could not deliver as many as he had initially assumed.
A legally valid contract is not concluded by an order, but only with the confirmation of dispatch. This is also regulated in our General Terms and Conditions.
