hello. i am looking for a watch that only wakes me up with vibration and without sounds (baby sleeps in the room with me). i have read that the Garmin instinct can do this. However, i don't want to connect the watch to my mobile phone, can i still use the alarm function? and how does the battery last when i don't have the mobile phone connected to the watch? thanks and greetings to the answerers :)

- By default, the alarm clock wakes up with a beep and vibration. However, this can be set individually for each alarm clock. The whole thing can also be used and configured without a smartphone.

- In addition to the normal mode (with permanent Bluetooth connection to the smartphone), which lasts approx. 22 days, there is an energy-saving mode that doubles the battery life to approx. 44/46 days.
