Is the offer from Ochsner Sport really the non-approved one without brake lever?
In the photos in the webshop directly at Ochsner Sport you can clearly see the brake from the approved Merlin X4 & it also says approved:

Or have you mistakenly merged two different models here?
Galaxus: without brakes = not approved
Ochsner: with brakes = approved
(normally there are separate products for approved and foreign versions, e.g. for the Segway G30 and G30D, respectively).

Many thanks for the tip. According to our research, our offer also has approval for public roads. We have already forwarded this internally to the responsible department and hope that it will be adjusted in the near future.
