Question about LG Gp50nw40

Hello folks. I have a MiniDisc where I used to store music I made myself. The case of the MiniDisc is broken, but the disc itself should still be OK. At the LG here; is there a way to save my music in my particular case (insert the disc, run the programme to convert the whole thing to MP3)? Thanks for the answer!
