Question about TCL MOVETIME Family Watch MT40X

Hello everyone I have inserted a LidlConnect prepaid sim card and it also shows with network. We have also received messages from Lidl on the watch. But I can't pair the watch with TCL Connect. The watch does not display a qr code and the IMEI does not work. Is this due to the SIM card?
