Hello everyone, unfortunately there have been problems with sound dropouts with Samsung The Frame 2020 models and the Sonos ARC for months. I bought The Frame 4.0 65 inch from you. The only way to fix the sound dropouts is to reset the Sonos Arc. Unfortunately I can't give a rating for the The Frame I bought from you. Sonos and Samsung are playing ball with each other...the problem has existed for months and is probably also present on other Samsung TVs.
