Hello everyone, My w 10 suddenly won't connect to the wifi which is supposed to be 5g... It would only be possible to connect to a 2.4hz network? I have not changed the router for 5 years! I have never received this message and I have already renewed the connection several times! Does anyone else have this problem, how could you possibly solve it? Thanks in advance

It happened to me once, but resetting the robot solved the problem. Sometimes I find that it gets stuck when the signal is weak. Rather, the problem I've encountered is that a few months after purchasing the robot, it can no longer navigate correctly, it goes around in circles without respecting the areas to be cleaned, and now in the last few days it doesn't return to the base, but after going around the rooms without arriving at the base, it freezes and indicates a blocked path, which is not true.
