Question about Samsung Galaxy Watch4
Hello everyone, my daughter has the 40mm LTE version with an eSim. She primarily only uses the watch and the smartphone is always switched off. When she takes the watch with her in the morning with 100% battery, the battery of the watch is already empty shortly after noon. Is this really normal? Or is the battery defective? Has anyone had similar experiences? The watch is only 4 months old. thank you
Hello - I'm going to send the clock in soon - it's still under warranty, because leaving the house in the morning and only having an empty clock with no time at 3 p.m., well.... Even in energy-saving mode, it won't last 12 hours.
it's exactly the same with me. i have the classic esim and i also have this problem. all energy-saving measures switched on, wifi switched off, all trackers switched off and the battery still lasted just under 12 hours. but the watch can't be used like this at all.
so i sent the watch in and received a new one yesterday. i'm curious to see if it lasts longer.
i suspect, since it's a model from last year, that the battery has been deeply discharged. so it would be the same problem again now, since i only got a "new" watch and the battery wasn't replaced.
