Question about Segway-Ninebot MAX G2 D

Hello everyone. I received my Segway-Ninebot Max G2 D a few days ago. When I ride it, it jerks because the front wheel/preu is unbalanced and therefore doesn't run smoothly. Is this known and what can be done about it? I wanted to enquire at Segway Switzerland, but they won't answer the phone or reply to emails. Thanks for any helpful feedback from the Community.

Nothing is moving for me. I would take advantage of the warranty.

My G2 is also leaning at the front now that I'm reading this and paying attention 🤔

I'll soon have 300km on it and ride it often, it's fine
