Question about Deepcool RGB converter black

Hello everyone, I have two questions. I have the Asus TUF B450M-Pro Gaming, which does not have a 3pin argb connector, but only 2x 4pin rgb. Can I plug the converter into one of the two 4pin rgb connectors and then connect the 3pin argb fans to the converter? Can I control the lighting of the fans via software?
