Question about Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro

You actually always have dual channels on standard mainstream mainboards. With 2 modules 1 module per channel, with 4 modules 2 modules per channel. So you don't have to expect any disadvantages. However, there are a few things to bear in mind when buying RAM modules:
- For optimal compatibility, you should always use identical modules (same model with same speed and same latencies for all 4 modules).
- If the new modules have different latencies, try plugging the two identical modules into one channel (A or B). However, there could be problems here.
- The additional memory is only recognised with a 64-bit operating system (but you will probably have such an OS if you have already installed 16 GB).
- The RAM bars can get a little warmer when fully populated (4 pcs) and overclocked; the Corsair Vengance RGB Pro should have a sufficiently large heat sink.
So there is nothing to be said against 32 GB RAM; whether the existing 16 GB are not enough is for you to decide.

Hello, I have ordered 4x8gb. My memory is very rarely used above 16gb. If you think that 2 in dual channel are enough, you can get dummy sticks that only have LEDs and no memory modules. They are not cheap at 50Fr and so I would rather take the real ones for 100Fr, which is more future-proof. I even meant that there is the Quad Channel. So you have 32gb and I think that's enough for a gamer, streamer or for video editing.
