Hello everyone, I can't connect the Saros 10r. When I scan the QR code in the app, the message appears: Unknown device type. I can't connect the Saros manually either. It says: try again error 3003. does anyone know what to do?
A small note in case anyone has problems with the Saros 10R: Some of the devices are apparently shipped to Switzerland from Germany or other countries. If you then create a Roborock account with Switzerland as the region and get error 3003 when adding the device, this is almost certainly the cause.
It's best to check the bottom of the device, where it often says Roborock Germany (or another country), for example. In this case, create a Roborock account for exactly this country and select the appropriate country at the top right when logging in to the app.
Then add the device again. If it doesn't work with the QR code, simply try manually without the QR.
If it still does not work, contact Roborock support with the serial number and try again after 24 hours.
