Hello everyone, I bought this notebook in 2017. Unfortunately, the battery life has become very poor. I assume that the battery is no longer OK. Can a new battery be purchased for this notebook or does the whole notebook have to be replaced?

Hello Antonia, unfortunately I can't help you but I was just upset about it again yesterday. I have exactly the same problem, or rather I can't even work without a power connection. I think it's very poor quality and I wouldn't buy it again. It is also very loud while it is running. (Ventilation)
