Question about Netgear RAX200 Nighthawk

Hello everyone, I bought the RAX200 and put it into operation. It works fine with 2 exceptions. With TEAMS and SKYPE, I have audio drop-outs for a few seconds every few minutes. I can't hear anything and the people I'm talking to can't hear me either. Notebook via WLAN on the RAX200. I have a second problem with the PC, which has an ASUS PCE-N15 11n Wireless LAN PCI-E Card and does not recognise my WLAN Wi Fi 6 from the RAX200. The RAX200 should also be Wi Fi4 capable, how can I create a Wi Fi4 network? Thanks for your feedback
