A4+ indexes fit into the folder if they are designed for a spine width of 40 mm. Standard A4+ tabs (up to 320 mm high) should fit, as the outer dimensions of the folder are 32 cm high. For specific A4+ sizes over 32 cm high, they may protrude - check the exact dimensions of your registers. The ring mechanism (2 rings, 40 mm diameter) is designed for 80g/m² paper up to 400 sheets.
