Yes, it has a very good price-performance ratio.
It does what it should. Installation & setup were extremely easy. Wifi works flawlessly. In times of 1-3tb SSDs, "too few" slots are not really a problem...you would have to install your entire Steam library. Photos (etc...) are only stored on external drives for me anyway.

Conclusion: perfect board for gamers who have to watch their budget. Together with a 7800x3d and an x7800xt, everything plays smoothly in 4k high.
PC enthusiasts who have no financial restrictions should probably go for ROG (or similar).

Define worthwhile? It does what it's supposed to. The only thing that bothered me were the only 4x internal SATA ports (my 7 year old motherboard before it had 8).

It was definitely worth it for me. The same features as other manufacturers but at a better price.
