Question about Ecovacs W2 Pro
Hello everyone. After I have put the W2 Pro into operation or it (in "Quick cleaning" and "Thorough cleaning" mode does not matter) runs the first track, it stops again and again with the message "Winbot is stuck" at the first left turn at the same angle of 90° "looking left" - the red status light lights up. From then on, it can only be controlled by remote control. Does anyone have an explanation for this? The cable length is irrelevant and the rollers/crawlers are also sparkling clean.

I am experiencing exactly the same problem. But only once and shortly after starting. Unfortunately I have no explanation or solution for this, but at least you are not alone :-)
The cleaning pad must be quite damp, otherwise it will stick quickly.
