Question about ASUS ROG Strix Z390-F Gaming
Hello, does anyone know what the reason is when my computer keeps rebooting automatically after switching off (WIN10 Home)? I have had this phenomenon since I installed the board and the cable connections are all correct.
Thank you very much for the support. After consulting the ASUS hotline, it appears to be a WIN10 Hpme error and I was advised to reinstall the computer. From this point of view, your assumption that something is wrong with the Windows installation is correct. Thank you again!
I'm not sure if I understand you correctly. Do you shut down the PC and it restarts or do you set it to sleep (save energy) and it wakes up again. The former would indeed be unusual. Have you started something that is not ready and thus reactivated the PC?
I have the same board and it shuts down without a problem and stays off. However, I often choose to save energy. It can boot up in sleep mode if a task is scheduled. I used to have more problems of this kind with Windows 7.
