Question about Samsung QE75Q60R

Hi, I've had the 75 for a week and I've noticed clouding on black areas!
For example, at the end of a film when the names are listed and the picture should be totally black, you can clearly see bright big spots..like big bubbles..just cloudy!
Also a second problem..when you watch football and the camera moves from left to right and vice versa, you can see two fixed vertical beams which are a little dark!

I contacted Samsung support and they told me that clouding can happen.
(but you have to check if it is within the tolerance).
Because of the two vertical bars, this should not be the case either...but you also have to have it checked!

Now I have to see if a technician will come by to check these problems,
because it's not so easy to transport a 75 with the car to hand it in at a Digitec branch :-(

The 75 TV is otherwise mega..but I don't know yet if these problems have to do with the quality or if it's a defect in the panel.

Hello, we are also totally satisfied with this TV. We've had it for 4 months. We haven't noticed any weaknesses yet. Only the extreme lateral viewing could be better. That would be the more expensive set from the same series.

Hello We have had the TV for a few days and are totally thrilled. So far, we haven't noticed anything wrong with it and the picture has always been great, even in dim lighting. We first wanted a 65, but are totally happy with this size. Best regards Daniela from Activforyou
