Hello. Do I understand this correctly? I first pay CHF 10 so that I receive a physical data flat sim card. If I now register, for example, 5 weeks later, will CHF 10 be deducted again for the first month?

The CHF 10 already includes 30 days. These only start after the SIM has been activated. After that, you have the option of purchasing additional packages at any time.
