Hello Digitec What's with the age verification? I want to buy the Office 365 Family and not provide proof of age online! Things like this make regular customers mad!!!
I can order products for several thousand CHF without any problems, but not the daily offer of the 365 licence without proof of age. 2 days processing time for the proof. Not even "reserve" until digitec has checked the document.

Don't see your problem. Apparently you have to prove that you are over 18 to buy this product. That's hardly likely to come from Digitec.... In addition, enter your ID in your user account once and voila, no more problems with age verification.
