Theoretically (and practically) the cable is correct, you just have the wrong sockets ;-)

The power supply has a C19 connection because the power supply can draw up to 17A in the operating mode at 110V (but in 230V it is "only" 9A max). This is why the manufacturer cannot use a standard C13, as these are only standardised up to a maximum of 10A. I know that you are not interested in 110V operation, but you asked why C19. Moreover, in Germany the whole thing would not be a problem because Schuko plugs and sockets there allow up to 16A and are not approved for max. 10A like Swiss sockets of type 12/13.

In principle, Digitec has supplied you with the correct cable.

There cannot be a "correct" cable in the form C19/C20 (= 16A) to plug type 12 (= max 10A).

At Digitec you will only find a C19 + T12 cable. To be compliant, this cable has a 10A fuse in the plug.

Of course, it would be a ~misfortune~ if you accidentally put the wrong fixed adapter with round pins on the Schuko plug...

PS: out of curiosity, what kind of hardware is operated with the power supply unit?

Digitec (or any other Swiss retailer) is obliged to supply electrical equipment with a Swiss plug. If the device comes with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied.

If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.
